I don’t think I received my birthday email from Beauty Loop – where can I find my birthday gift?
The day before your birthday, Beauty Loop will send you an email (to the email address registered to your Beauty Loop account) sharing your birthday gift.
If you can’t find it in your inbox, we recommend checking your spam or junk folders and confirming you’re subscribed to Beauty Loop emails via the steps listed here.
Still no luck? Don’t worry, you can also access more information on your gift in the ‘Rewards’ section of My Account.
Remember, you need to have added your birth date to your Beauty Loop account at least three days before your birthday in order to receive your gift – you can check this by logging in here.
