Usage
Using the built-in spoolie, brush brow hairs to reveal sparse areas.
Draw short, upward strokes in the direction of natural hair growth.
Glide the spoolie through brows to blend.
Finish by setting brows into place with In Frame Brow Gel (sold separately).
