Eye Primers

Just like face primer for your complexion, taking the extra couple of minutes to prep your eyelids with an eyeshadow primer can be all the difference between eye makeup that creases and fades, and eye makeup that goes the distance. A tinted eyeshadow base pulls double duty, locking shadow in place for all-day wear and intensifying colour so that pigments really pop.
