Usage
- Apply directly to the eye and blend out colour with fingertips.
- Layer on cream or powder eyeshadow to intensify colour.
- On light to medium skin tones, apply ADULTS ONLY or DON’T TOUCH all over the eyelid. Blend out the edge with fingertips up toward the crease to ensure a smooth transition.
- On medium-deep to deep skin tones, apply OBLIVION or STRIP DOWN all over the eyelid. Blend out the edge with fingertips up toward the crease to ensure a smooth transition.
- For a smoky look, use deep shades to draw along the lashline, and blend out with #25 Smudge Brush,
