Used regularly, it help can help improve skin elasticity and resilience—supporting the perineum’s natural stretch and helping reduce the chance of tearing during childbirth.
Evening Primrose Oil: Rich in essential fatty acids, Evening Primrose Oil helps improve skin elasticity and softness. It supports the skin's natural ability to stretch, making it ideal for perineal massage in the weeks before birth.
Apricot Kernel Oil: Lightweight and deeply nourishing, Apricot Kernel Oil absorbs easily to hydrate and soothe delicate skin. Its anti-inflammatory properties make it perfect for gentle, daily use.
Vitamin E: Supports collagen production and promotes skin strength, helping to reduce the likelihood of tearing during labour.
Calendula: A calming botanical that helps reduce inflammation and prep the skin for stretching. Perfect for supporting the perineum in the lead-up to birth.

Begin perineal massage 3–4 times a week from around 35 weeks of pregnancy.
Wash your hands thoroughly and find a comfortable, private space. For best results, massage after a warm bath or shower when the skin is soft and relaxed. Choose a position that allows easy access to the perineum, either laying on your back with knees bent, or standing with one foot raised on a chair. Apply a small amount of oil to clean fingers and the perineal area. Insert thumbs or fingers about 2–3cm into the vagina and gently press downwards towards the perineum. Using a U-shaped motion, slowly massage from side to side for 3–5 minutes, focusing on a gentle stretch, not pain. Breathe deeply and relax into the sensation.
