Here's what you can expect
A focused 15-minute consultation with one of our naturopaths, designed to help you identify and support the area of your health needing the most attention right now.
Before your appointment, you will complete a tailored quiz designed to help you reflect on what feels most important for your health and wellbeing right now, covering areas such as skin, gut health, hormones, immunity, stress, sleep, energy and overall wellbeing, allowing your practitioner to guide you through practical next steps tailored to your needs.
Depending on your presentation, your consultation may include foundational nutrition and lifestyle recommendations, nervous system and wellbeing support, practitioner-only herbal or nutritional prescriptions, and guidance around whether further naturopathic support or testing may be helpful.
This express session is designed as an approachable starting point for personalised naturopathic care, ideal for those wanting focused support, clarity, and practical guidance in a short appointment format.
What to know before you book
Arrive early and settle in: We would love for you to arrive at the apothecary desk 10 minutes prior, to ease into the space and make the most of your appointment.
New Client Form: Your practitioner is excited to get to know you better! Please complete the form found in your confirmation email as soon as possible before your appointment. This helps us to prepare for your visit, so that we can dive straight into delivering the care you deserve.
Confidentiality Guaranteed: Your privacy is our top priority. All appointment records are kept confidential for our eyes only and are not accessible by MECCA staff.
Under 18's: If you're under 18, a parent or guardian may need to complete a consent form before your appointment.
Payment: A deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due at your appointment. Payment is required before receiving any medicines or products.
Cancellation Policy: Life happens – we understand! If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us to make the best use of our practitioners’ time and ensure everyone gets the care they need. If cancellations are made more than 24 hours in advance, you may choose to have your deposit refunded or credited towards future sessions. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 50% fee (i.e., your deposit will not be refunded).
Private Health Rebates: If you have private health insurance, you may be eligible for rebates on some services. We will email you your receipt to submit to your insurer and receive your refund.
Sundays and Public Holidays: Please note that there is an appointment surcharge of 10% on Sundays and 15% on Public Holidays. We appreciate your understanding as we continue to provide exceptional care on these days.
