What to know before you book

  • Your service fee covers the Lash Service of your choice with a Lash Specialist and is not redeemable for product.
  • This Service requires a 25% deposit to secure your booking; you’ll be required to pay the remainder of the service fee on the day of your appointment.
  • If you are under 18, a parent or guardian will be required to attend and sign permission for your Brow Service.
  • Please be aware that changes and/or cancellations made to bookings within 24 hours of the appointment are not refundable and the deposit fee will be retained.
