Tatcha brings a modern evolution of the time honored practice of Geisha's applying thin layers of melted Japanese wax to their skin prior to applying makeup. This primer blurs imperfections, is anti-ageing, primes for longevity of makeup and protects skin from pollution and makeup that can cause clogged pores.

Silk powder: offers a blurring effect on pores and wrinkles, helping makeup glide on smoothly and wear longer by fast absorbing excess oils.
Botanical extracts: protect the skin against environmental aggressors.
Hadasei-3: an anti-ageing trio of green tea, algae and rice that restores natural glow.
