Usage
Using gentle pressure, draw thin, hair-like strokes with Babyblade through the brows. Comb with the spoolie for a full, sophisticated look that could fool anyone into thinking your bold brows are all natural.
Step 1: Comb through bare brows with spoolie, moving upwards from end to end.
Step 2: For Victoria's signature feathered brow, apply like a pro by drawing thin, hair-like strokes in a gentle, upwards motion towards the tail.
Step 3: To complete the look, comb through the brows to distribute the color as desired.
Step 4: Add a swipe of Future Lash Mascara and Instant Brightening Waterline Pencil for a sleek, sophisticated eye look.
