Sleep Powder is crafted with blackcurrant flavours and a botanically-derived sweetener for a balanced taste.
Dosage
Adults: Mix one sachet with a minimum of 200 ml of cold water and stir to dissolve. Drink 1 hour before sleep. For a softer flavour, dilute in more liquid. Use once daily at night, or as directed by your health professional.
