Usage
Directions for use: Mix one sachet (7g) with a minimum of 200mL of cold water and stir to dissolve. Drink during or after exercise or when you need a hydration boost. For a softer flavour, dilute in more liquid. Consume immediately after preparation. Do not exceed one sachet per day.
