1. Overview

1. From time to time, MECCA Brands Pty Ltd (ABN 11 077 859 931) (we, us or our) conducts MECCA Surprise and Delight game of skill competitions, via the MECCA Chit Chat Facebook Group (each, a Competition), which are governed by these terms and conditions (Terms).
2. Each Competition will be announced in a post added to the MECCA Chit Chat Facebook Group by the MECCA Facebook Account (each, a Competition Post).
3. By entering the Competition, all entrants (you or your) agree to be bound by these Terms and our privacy policy. Any breach of these Terms or our privacy policy may result in disqualification from the Competition
4. Each Competition begins at the time the Competition Post is posted and ends at the time specified in the Competition Post (Promotion Period).
5. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and:
   1. the Competition Post, the Competition Post prevails; and
   2. any other reference to this Competition, these Terms prevail
