1. This MECCA MAX OPTIMIST Competition (Competition) is promoted by MECCA Brands Pty Ltd (ABN 11 077 859 931) (we, us or our).
2. This Competition will be conducted via Instagram (Social Media Platform).
3. By entering this Competition, all entrants (you or your) agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (Terms) and our privacy policy. Any breach of these Terms or our privacy policy may result in disqualification from the Competition.
4. Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Terms. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and any other reference to this Competition, these Terms prevail.
5. The Competition:
   1. begins at 9am Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) on 23 September 2024; and
   2. ends at 10am AEST on 30 September 2024

   (Promotion Period).
