1. Overview

1. This MECCA Bourke Street MECCA Medallion competition (Competition) is promoted by MECCA Brands Pty Ltd (ABN 11 077 859 931) (we, us or our).
2. This Competition will be conducted at the Participating Store.
3. By entering this Competition, all entrants (you or your) agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (Terms) and our privacy policy. Any breach of these Terms or our privacy policy may result in disqualification from the Competition.
4. If you are under 18 years old at the time of entry, your parent or guardian must read and accept these Terms and our privacy policy on your behalf. We will assume, if you are under 18 years old when you enter, that you have complied with these requirements.
5. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and any other reference to this Competition, these Terms prevail.
6. The Competition:
   1. begins at 8:30am Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) on 8 August 2025; and
   2. ends at 7pm AEST on 5 September 2025 or once all Envelopes have been distributed, whichever is first to occur

   (Promotion Period).
