Tahitian Sea Microalgae - Fortifies eyelashes resulting in a look that’s naturally fuller and thicker with density and volume after just 2 weeks

Panthenol (pro-vitamin B5) - Acts as a humectant and hydrates lashes, keeping them supple to prevent breakage.
