Massage Firming Peptide Body Oil into clean, damp skin, paying particular attention to areas you would like to nourish, smooth and firm. For enhanced results, build Firming Peptide Body Oil into a high-performance body care routine:
1. Protect and hydrate body skin each morning using Alpha-H Daily Dose Multivitamin Body Serum.
2. Three alternate nights a week, use Alpha-H Retinol Reboot Exfoliating Body Treatment to target rough, ageing areas like the neck, décolletage and backs of arms.
3. Apply Firming Peptide Body Oil daily or every other night to nourish body skin all over.
