Help & Contact us

Beauty Loop Boxes are available to Level 1, 2, 3 and 4 members at different times of the year and can be redeemed either in-store or online. When your reward becomes available, we’ll send you an email letting you know what it is and how to redeem it. To check that you’re subscribed to Beauty Loop emails, click here.

Redeem in-store:

When your Beauty Loop Box is available to redeem, simply visit your nearest MECCA (excluding Mecca Aesthetica) to collect it – no purchase necessary.

Redeem online:

You can also redeem your Beauty Loop Box online (with purchases over $25) by logging into your online account, where it will automatically appear at checkout.

While we try our absolute best for everyone to enjoy their Beauty Loop Box, stock is limited and you will only have a limited time to redeem.
