This velvet-soft formula sculpts lips for a final look that’s smoother, fuller and more defined. Infused with hyaluronic acid, squalane, ceramides, hemp and Vitamin E, it glides on to “fill” lips with plumping moisture as it conditions delicate skin. Lips are left wrapped in saturated matter colour that wears like a balm. Rosie's favourite shade is Beams.
